We are back on full power albeit generator produced. We also have two computers no longer working as the result of a surge or power distribution issues. Oh Well so is life. We always needed something else to keep us busy. Maadi is now behind us and off to the Blues BBq and Bikes Sunday at Fort Takapuna. Should be a beauty. See you there.
Then back to work on broken computers!

Saturday 27 March 2010 – 7.00am – Still no power and we are likely to be without for sometime? We are running on an emergency generator that has limited capacity and will have to look for other options as the day continues and things become clearer just how long this issue may continue for!
We are now very much in the hands of our Landlord – The North Shore City Council, we will keep you posted.

The Flea is located on Devonport wharf. At 10:07 this morning the power went off and we switched to emergency power.
Our emergency power is very limited and provides the bare essentials to keep us running. In fact our backup power system also failed and we were totally off air for a few hours till the backup system was restored around 6pm this evening.
According to Vector the problem seems to be caused by rats and we would happily infest them with 1000 Fleas except they are already fried and probably now being served as dinner to their offspring.
At this time we have very limited services and will maintain this for as long as we can.
Anybody looking for a stream of the station program can click here for a temporary link as all normal streams are not able to operate.
Please accept our apologies for this disruption and we will resume normal services as soon as we can.
