Man stabbed at North Shore Service Station today

Police were called to the Mobil Service Station on Verran Road, North Shore at about 12.20pm this afternoon after one group of 3-4 men was confronted by the occupants of 3 cars.

An argument began, which escalated to the point where one person was stabbed in the neck with a screwdriver or similar item.

His injuries are not life threatening and attending police spoke with a number of the parties involved.

The matter will be followed up by CIB staff, and no charges have so farĀ  been laid.
